Four position rotary switch wiring

I'm starting on wiring a build and I need a little guidance with a 4 way rotary switch. Here's a link to the switch I have:

I'd like to get it set up as follows:
1. Bridge
2. Bridge + Neck -> series in phase (standard dual humbucker wiring)
3. Bridge + Neck -> parallel in phase
4. Neck


I'm just not 100% sure how I need to wire the switch to get this result.
Any advice or diagrams is greatly appreciated!!
