Up for sale is a Fender Custom Shop neck from a 2023 Robert Cray signature Stratocaster.
Excellent condition, straight neck, with tight mounting holes. Features Birdseye Maple & Indian Rosewood, with the Custom Shop NOS Relic Finish. The NOS series of the Fender Custom Shop is only slightly aged, as if the guitar was stored for many years but mostly unplayed. This style of finish is made to be satin instead of gloss and has slight "checking" around the fretboard edge. The feel is very smooth and seamless to the touch.
This particular neck was purchased new condition from Stratosphere (an eBay seller well known for selling authentic Fender parts). I've included a screenshot of the Fender COA spec sheet from the purchase listing so you can see the full neck specs and matching sequence number (59611).
The neck was stock with gold hardware which has been professionally swapped by my shop for high-quality Gotoh nickel tuners and string tree.
In excellent condition, with very little play wear, this neck plays outstanding with low action. I've left the fretboard untouched from the factory, so whoever receives it can polish or oil the fretboard as they choose.
General Specs:
• 1.65” Synthetic Bone Nut
• 9.5” Radius
• 6150 Medium/Jumbo Nickel Frets
• Custom Shop 1961 style Cray "C” neck profile
Will ship USPS Priority Mail in a well-packaged and sealed, specialty box.
