I've used Harry's and whazis name that used to be out Yonkers 15 years ago. The latter may do ok work, but he was pricey and all of our interactions were less than pleasant. The former took a strat w/ 11's set up like a lap steel (I exaggerate, but I do like higher than average action, as I suspect most guys playing medium or heavy gauge strings) , and dropped the action as if it was EVH or Stanley Jordan's guitar. But RTP is bigger than people think. Graham sounds like a better bet.
