drilling a finished body

Hi, so i bought a beautiful finished warmoth strat body and i want to drill a hole approximately 1/4" for a mini toggle dpdt switch. What would be the best way to do that without ruining the finish.

Use a Forstner or Brad Point bit, and drill from the finished side in.
