They are shifting directions and are liquidating their remaining stock of guitars and amps. This company is run by mike spritzer (former Y. Malsteem manager and Analogman pedal designer)...He's selling out guitars and amps at CRAZY prices...

If I wasn't broke I'd have bought a Dolphin 40 already, even though I have a tube head under the tree waiting for me...
 
I really like the dolphin 40, especially in red.. but can't find any reviews on the internets..
