Does this mean the neck is warped?

Hi All,

If I look down the neck from the back of the guitar I can see that the treble side of the fretboard has more of a dip (relief) than the bass side.....

Is the neck considered warped? Or can the truss rod be adjusted to fix this?

Do you have a compound radius neck?  these can play tricks on your vision.

To check for sure, measure the relief at both treble and bass sides.  Use the old capo at the 1st fret trick and a set of feeler gauges.

Unless they're really severe, neck twist/warp defects are difficult to see with the naked eye. If they're so bad you can see them, you don't need to - the thing will be nearly or completely unplayable.

It does have a compound radius, and no, I haven't checked it which a feeler guage or anything....

I'm going to check and get some numbers...

Is the neck not playing well in some way? Usually that is the first symptom of something wrong.
