It doesn't seem to have any holes drilled for top loading ut that should be easy enough to do.
It seems to be by a dutch company called Kortmann that I saw here.

What a find, Magnus. I like this bridge. The site where they're available is forbidden for some reason. At least I know they exist, now.

Babicz makes top loader Tele bridges for one. But there are others that are out there.
