Really should have a NSFW warning on that.  It's very well done and artistic, but I wasn't expecting bewbs when I clicked.

Yes & No.
No if you choose a non-tiltback neck (standard tele/strat/kws style etc)
Yes if you choose a tiltback neck (angled strat, warmoth, jackson etc)
The angled necks do not have the Gotoh side adjust.

Furthermore, if you're very good at woodworking and/or modifications it is possible to fabricate a workaround for flat headstock Warmoth Pros.
