Job well done...it was close vote but Mully pulled it out in the end.

Admin...can replace the GOTY with a Guitar of the month???  Changing every month...

Lovely! my parts are scheduled to arrive on the 2dn, so I have 3 more days to get everthing put together and soldered and to take (good) pictures...

I don't think mine will make the deadline - I am still waiting for the neck to be finished.  Which brings me to a question:  if Warmoth finished the body but Tonar finishes the neck, what GOTM category can the guitar compete in?

Ok, I submit my latest Gecko for consideration.

I'll take some better pictures shortly.  :)

this one...or the one in two months or two after that.  We alternate.  Next month will be totally OWNER FINISHED!  Obviously...TONAR has a slight advantage!

My Half-Moth

Warmoth Pro birds-eye neck
6105 Frets
Northern (Hard) Ash body
OFR
SD '78 pup (EVH)

I commissioned the building of this guitar about 6 yrs ago and the paint/relic'ing and assembly was done professionally for me. Unfortunately I did not assemble it, but it's cool none the less as a tribute to one of my heroes.   :icon_thumright:

nice pool shot couch.spud....they certainly make your axe stand out.
I may or may not have gotten the idea from other people on the forum.
BTW, your pool is way nicer than mine, haha.

Here's a pic of mine, but I'll need to get a better one in a few days

That's pretty - how do you control the volume?  :icon_jokercolor:

I've installed a volume/tone knob since the pictures were taken.  I'll include that in the full-view photo that I will take and post shortly. :)

I love it OCGUY106...how do you have that thing wired...looks like a massive stacked knob on there
