Codes on the end of the neck heel

I didn't notice this on my previous two necks, but those two were unfinished roasted maple ...
Anything to decode here? :

The darker woods get punch stamped internal numbers because it’s hard to identify the handwriting on those. Also, speeds up production by handwriting numbers. Less wear and tear on the body hammering those numbers on each neck.
