I like bound necks and channel bound are even cooler. I wanted to get one of those a few years ago when Fender released the channel bound series but at $600+ before shipping & customs fees I declined. Plus I had zero options.
Unless a major player starts playing guitars with channel bound necks I don't see Warmoth making them, especially now they are so busy. By major player I mean someone who's selling millions of millions. A shame though because with the variety of woods Warmoth have in their inventory it can go beyond the classic maple/rosewood combo.
