If it is at all possible, would Warmoth be able to offer any Showcase LP with a carved top without a pickup routing done for Humbuckers?

Lots of times I have seen just the ideal body in that section only to see it is already routed for HBs when I want P90s. Maybe others feel the same way & may want to see other routings or no pickups routed at all? Is that possible?

Same for me. Warmoth feels the routed bodies sell quicker and we can order a body to our specs. The ideal situation of the showcase for me would be all the non painted with a solid color bodies to be completely unrouted and have the contoured heel option because a figured top cannot be cloned. On the other hand I would had spent twice the money if I had bought all the bodies I like in the showcase. The routing and the contoured heel option has prevent me from having way too many guitars...

There are tons of humbucker footprint p-90's out there. I don't have any personal experience but I've heard excellent things about the phat cat by Seymour Duncan. Fralin also has a good one but the name escapes me...

Sometimes it's just only the sound... the look too...

That's correct, P-90's look great :icon_thumright:
The humbucker footprint P-90's are like twin blade single coils... They fit the holes but the sound is different.

Agreed. The Phat cats in my Warmoth are awesome, but they don't quite sound like P90s. I'm no expert, but I'd say they're hotter than P90s. And they don't have that P90 look...
