Can’t order on website.

Been trying to place an order all morning. The website keeps going to an error message. Frustrating.

Which error are you getting?
Have you tried clearing your cache, using a different browser?
 
You should tell the Big W.  I'm sure if they knew they were missing one (or more!) orders they would be all over it.

I wonder the same things. When I first tried to register here I was using Firefox. Couldn't get the whole thing to work to save my life. I installed Opera and tried with it  and boom, everything worked fine. Don't know what the problem was with FF, but there was definitely a problem.

I can't figure it out. I've never had a problem with FF on anything else. Still use it for all my other browser needs. But between the failures and the success with registering, the only thing I changed was browsers. I haven't tried Firefox since for the forum, just use Opera for it. Maybe it was a temporary problem with one of mozilla's updates, don't know. :dontknow:
 
It could also be that if something is cached in one browsers caching, then using a different browser does not see the problem.
 
I’ve tried chrome, safari, and Firefox al the same. Just have to wait till Monday to call it in.
 
I've had problems using Firefox with some sites, because they were written with MS Script that wouldn't run run on anything but IE. However I have not had that problem with the Warmoth site. Maybe they've changed something recently?
 
Over the last 7 years I've had this experience a couple of times and called in my order then tried the things other forum members have suggested to resolve it. Last time I was able to order on line as normal.
 
Hey bassetman, can you elaborate on what you are ordering, what device, what browser, etc? We need that info to duplicate the problem you're having and try to fix it. We were receiving orders all day on March 1, so the problem seems to be with something unique you are trying to order. If you can give us details we'll try and get it fixed for you!
 
I was ordering two necks, one from the showcase one custom. Using an iPad and Chrome. I also tried safari . All parts ordered today so no worries from me. Thanks.
