Bushings for Callaham ABR-1 bridge for my Warmoth LPS body

Hi,

I have the following components:

- Warmoth LPS body routed for a TOM/STP bridge (dimensions in image).
- Callaham ABR-1 bridge with Vintage studs and thumbwheels

Where can I buy the bushings/inserts for the TOM/STP bridge rout that would fit the Callaham Vintage studs?????
I have searched everywhere but have yet to find any bushings for the vintage ABR-1 bridge.
