Bridge Saddle Measurement Difference: Big deal or not?

    I think I have a bad saddle on one of my Bladeunner trems.  The spacing is 2.10 and they don't sell saddles.  So if I go with a narrow Callaham saddle (made for bridge spacing of 2 1/16) will that fit OK, or is it a big deal if a saddle isn't the perfect size?

Not sure on the Callaham's but I just measured the saddles on a Bladerunner and these Gotohs should fit without an issue.

I wouldn't worry about the width much other than for appearance's sake if it's wildly different. The string generally rides over the center of the saddle anyway. Plus, even if it is wildly different, you could just replace all 6 to make it look uniform. What I would worry about is whether the saddle is threaded for the intonation adjustment screws you're using and where the centerlines for that screw hole fall relative to the top/side of the thing.

Incidentally, Graphtech also sells saddles separate from the bridge if it feels too much like Callaham is trying to sell solid gold saddles.
