Bridge humbucker on rear vs pickguard strat

I like my humbucker in my current Soloist body (with my homemade pickguard) but in the future I wanna put this humbucker in a strat; will the position of the bridge humbucker be further towards the neck then where it is now? I don't want to lose the sound it has now

I happen to have examples of both of those guitars here so I measured for you, and the Soloist humbucker mount is approximately 1/4" (.250" or 6.35mm) closer to the neck than the Strat's is, give or take 1/8"  (.125" or 3.175mm) to compensate for saddle placement for intonation correction. In other words, don't worry about it.
