Bridge grounding for a humbucker equipped guitar

All the parts for the Telecaster Deluxe build I planned months ago finally arrived.  I was starting the build this morning when I noticed that Warmoth forgot to drill the hole for the bridge grounding wire in the body.  At least I think they did.  Is there a reason the would've not drilled this hole?

Assuming it's a mistake, do you think I should send it back to Warmoth or try to drill that scary-long angled hole myself?

If you do decide to drill the hole yourself, it's a lot easier if you get an "aircraft" bit. They're very long, which isn't so much for drilling deep holes as it is for getting access to where the hole needs to be. Keeps the drill motor out of the way, and also lets you lay it down more in some circumstances where you need shallower angles than the body of the drill motor would normally allow. There's an example of one here for $24.

Thanks Cagey.  I'm going to call Warmoth on Monday and see what they say.  I'm only and hour north of them by car, so maybe I can drive down and have them drill it.  We'll see.
