I have been doing some testing and discovered that diamond inlays will improve your playing by a full 10%! Now this isn't just conjecture or opinion, it is a fact. Try it and se for yourself.

Sorry, but according to my research it is the Supernova inlays that will improve your playing……

I'll give you the 10% for the Purple Heart - beautiful ! Would REALLY look good with Supernova inlays....... :p
Well, it’s kinda my signature style for my Purple Heart builds. 3 so far along with a fourth that will be using the neck in the pic. Purple Heart FB, SS frets, ivoroid binding and diamond inlays.

Purple Wurl (burl wood)
Purple Wuilt (Quilt)
Purple Waze (Haze)

My preference here would be to give you a "like" for these guitars, however, unfortunately you did not come help me paint the house this summer and therefore must be punished.

Very cool, jk, I actually do like the diamonds, just had to rag on @Spud.

I’m kinda starting the same signature thing with my own ‘Gunslinger’ headstock (modified from a Mooncaster) and supernova inlays. Actually been thinking of changing out the Purple Haze neck for that design with Purple Heart, and maybe quilt veneer on the headstock dyed to match the body.

Do you often play with only a low E on the guitar to simplify things?

Yea, my Purple Waze neck is Purple Heart wood with a Purple Heart FB. It also has a blue quilt veneer on the headstock.

Funny you mention painting. I just got finished painting a screen room attached to the wife’s she-shed today.

How do you like the feel of the Purple Heart shaft wood ? I was originally thinking Wenge and Purple Heart, but all PH sounds intriguing.

oh I see, so you are capable of painting when so inclined, this isn't boding well for your short term likes.

but all PH sounds intriguing

What's that under the neck? Was that an old wine barrel? And is that the original color?

ok to show you that I harbor no ill will, I gave you a like, it was tough sledding however as I had to use two hands one to force the other into pressing the button. But still...............
