are these tuners for a right handed guitar?

it says "6 in line left tuners" - but stewmac says 'left' tuners are for right handed guitars.

and any personal views/experiences with sperzel?

These are for a left handed guitar, unless you use a reversed headstock.

You can change this type of tuner from right to left handed...

Yeah, these are easily reversible.  I got a set from a guy for a case of beer because he "accidentally bought the left handed ones."

I am probably confused, but I think the way it works is to hold the neck vertically, facing the fretboard. Using that reference, if the tuners are on the left side of the neck, they are "left" tuners. And, a standard configuration right-handed strat would use "left" tuners. If that makes sense. Or, correct me if I am wrong.
