first thing need to mod is the Mid pickup cable can't fit in the EMG style Rout , so need to chip some wood away .

You aren't finished with the shielding tape are you?  The way it is in the pictures in both the pickup and the component pocket will provide zero shielding, and actually may act as an antenna.

pickup side shielding will  act as an antenna ?

Well, unless you have full ground contact throughout it will do nothing. 

The sides of the pockets aren't done, and I don't see a continuous ground, so you will get zero protection.  The way it is now, it is just a huge exposed metal surface.  Also, there is no lip over, which should be in contact with shielding on the bottom of the pickguard to finish the shield.  And all the metal surface will collect RF which will transfer to the pickups, especially if you accidently have something metal from the pickup touch the tape.
 
I should add that I'm a "don't do it" person when it comes to that shielding.  It is very difficult to shield properly.  And it causes high frequency roll-off.  IMO properly shielded and grounded wiring is the correct approach ... again, that's an opinion.  I know there are two sides to this argument.
