79/80s Warmoth or Boogie Bodies Gibson style headstock neck ?

As I recall Warmoth bodies that were made in a Les Paul or derivative style, used a strat style pocket and a Warmoth conversion type neck would give you 24 3/4" scale or you could use a 25.5" scale neck. As long as you used a Strat style neck heel to fit the pocket the headstock shape is not relevant.

So the body linked on Reverb should work for either scale as Warmoth made these to work with either.

I understand. Warmoth made LP-shaped bodies, but with a pocket like a Stratocaster. This LP body is flat.this body does not have a maple top like a typical LP guitar, so the pocket angle is like a stratocaster. We're speaking in Poland. It'll all come out in the wash. Yes I know about it. My opinion is. To build a copy of the body yourself i need mahogany that's about 46 years old in1 piece
. If I have it, it'll only be a Warmoth copy. It doesn't make sense to me. In music, there's a law of breaking rules. Guitarists are trying to become J. Hendrix , Tony Iommi
copies ect ect .I plan to pour my soul into this guitar. Its sound will be unique and unrepeatable. Rock stars are bound by contracts, and maybe one of them will play my guitar at home. He won't play at a concert because he's paid to advertise the instrument he plays. I don't have the money to buy a body for $1,500. Later, it will turn out that the original had a different tom pickup or humbuckers... so I'm sticking with the maple top.And duble cut-) .
I have a suggestion for You. Choose the cheapest bolt-on guitar from your collection, use bone glue, and screw it in. Compare the sound. To use this glue, special conditions are required.The prepared glue must be kept in the refrigerator. Bone glue is easy to separate if you glue the parts incorrectly. dark bottle for mahony , 2 for maple wood
