Does Warmoth make or ever make a 7/8 tele?

I like the tele shape, but it's too bulky for me. A tad smaller would be nice.

Yes, look in the showcase under the 7/8 tab and you will see both S and T style bodies. You will also see a tab under 7/8 for the necks that fit these bodies. We can custom build as well if you don't see anything in the showcase you like. Pricing is the same as standard Tele.

Just found out the 7/8 tele body only fits a 24 fret Warhead neck. 

I was hoping for a 7/8 tele with a normal tele neck.

You can also use a 24" scale length strat or CBS neck (mustang, jaguar, or jagstang)

The 24 x 24 3/4 will only be made with the Warhead becase it is not a Fender replacement part which excludes it from our Fender licensing agreement. Rockskate4x is correct that a 24" Mustang, Jaguar replacement neck will work with the 7/8 body.

could you do it in a 6-in-line paddlehead?

I cannot say for certain whether they have the paddle head available for 7/8 or jaguar/mustang type necks. I wouldn't be surprised though. Call up the big W, and I'm sure they can answer this question.
