I just went to wire up my 2 hum 2 vol 3 way and the three way has all 8 posts in the middle in a row.   I'm looking at the seymour duncan schematic but not sure where to start now?  Not my guitar but here's the switch I'm looking at

That or a variant that has a flat piece of PCB with 8 contacts in a row are the cheapest of Chinese parts and pinouts may vary. You might try searching for a wiring diagram specific to the guitar it came on, or look at page 11 of this cheap-ass chinese components wiring diagrams: http://www.artecsound.com/wiring/wiring_book01.pdf You're better off replacing it with a better quality switch with the normal type lugs arrangement as pictured in the SD wiring diagrams.

+1.  If this was a 5-way with split options its a different story.  Its saves some of the room that a Superswitch takes up.  What setup are you going for in the new electronics with the two hums?

I wired it up today the jack (hot) wire comes into the middle two posts.  The outer posts on each side are wired together and the hot from the volume goes into each of those.  It's a temporary wire up until my new stuff gets here this week.  I just want to try it with two volumes before I permanently wire up my better electronic stuff.  I played it today, not sure if I like it better or not.  The blade style switch doesn't work very well for toggling the sound on and off like a les paul toggle does.  I think I'll wire it back up standard with a tone when my new stuff gets here, thanks!

I just wired up my new strat with a POS just like this. a 5 way from my squier strat.  I wired it up "properly" and my neck pup doesn't work.

As soon as I have the money (i'm officially a starving student as of wednesday), meaning this summer when i'm working full time again. I'm replacing all the pups and  electronics that came with good quality stuff.
