Wow - what a surprise getting home from a hot, hard day's slog to find this little gem.
To Tonar, this is looking ... just .... wow!!!! :toothy11: Just keep doing what you are doing!
Elixir nanowebs :hello2:
yes, do eventually get fuzzy ...but takes months for me. i change them about every 6-8 months (playing pretty much daily...er nightly)
One thing i may still be a little confused about...why choose one scale neck over another?
Do they sound different? eg on a Warmoth body you could put a LP ("Wing") conversion neck..or a non conversion one

WOW - all that ... in there?

Hats off! ...this is indeed a swiss army knife...
I have the Irish tours in my hss, and wow, great strat tone, very slightly hot. I will also plug Australian handmade pickup maker Sliders Pickups and his vintage strat recreations. I have a set in my fender strat and very very happy...
Bound strat....me likely likey!

Regardless, i give it the thumbs up :icon_thumright: ...keep the pics coming!
Swarfrat, out of interest, in your investigations did you find any issues with the neck/pocket seating, or is the floating position the natural spot for the Wilkinson on a Warmoth strat?
On my build my Wilkinson is floating ~1/8" above the body. Not a prob for me as I wanted this facility, but...
