Hey all. I know this is a few months old but I just had to ask the O.P.... Did you seal it before applying the 2k topcoat? If you didn't use a compatible sealer beforehand the topcoat may have had a reaction with the dye. That said, I don't know about anyone else's experience here, but I just...
