Yeah the figure really popped with the epoxy! Patience is a virtue right? Lol I would not be against a pre-designed neck pocket, it is going to be a 7 string though so I'd need to take that into consideration. I could still use a pre-designed neck pocket and have a bit of a custom heel right?

A little progress, I got the maple sealed and stabilized with Epoxy thinned with denatured alcohol, I just need to sand back to the wood now, maybe changed the design in the body also, what do you guys think?
