I would set up a non traditional side of the website, with a warning that this side would not adhere to Fender specs. Heck, start a sub-brand with a different name for the non traditional stuff really to drive it home. It would have the advantage of Warmoth quality, but modern specs.
A sculpted heel more than what's currently available is the main thing I've been hoping for in Warmoth for the longest time. It's awesome that you guys have a version in development.
You might try lowering the resonant peak of your pickups; that worked for me. You just wire a resistor and cap in parallel with the hot lead of your pickup, so one leg of the resistor and cap connects to the hot lead, and the other to the ground. In my case, IIRC, ended up with 1nF || 470K...
I like the asymmetrical upper horn, and especially the lower bout cutaway for better high fret access. But the big thing I'm hoping for, like many several have already said, is the AANJ. I've been looking at Butala for just that reason.
