Well I was going to buy the guitar anyways, but I wanted to add some color to it afterwards.  Thinking of the black Tele with the blue pickguard.

I was looking at these pickguards: http://www.warmoth.com/Pickguard/TeleCustomPickguard.aspx Would this fit on one of those Squier Deluxe Custom 72 Telecasters?  I know the website said they wouldn't, but I figured that was only so they could sell more guitars or something.
