So nice. I have been itching to build a carved-top chambered tele with black korina for the core - I just know Warmoth could do such a great job with it. A nice flashy top and the korina together would look so good.

I think Johnny nailed it. A Warmoth isn't going to feel quite the same as a Gibson, but imo that's not a bad thing. In terms of practicality, the LP is probably going to weigh more, which to me is a negative but might not be for you. If so, a Warmoth chambered body will reduce weight...

Bumping this after seeing you mention it in your newer thread. Love the build, mooncasters are my favorite Warmoth design (the only one I've built) and this one is just excellent. Edit: I went with the same headstock on my mooncaster, I think it is a great choice to compliment that body style.

That finish is just incredible. They have a really good paint department haha. My first 'real' guitar was a Fender USA strat in the same color as the back of that guitar, it's still my number 2 (after my Warmoth Mooncaster) Very nice guitar, I love it.
