Thanks for the responses. I feel a bit more hopeful that it's not a lost cause. I just ordered the Stew Mac shims and I'll also try adding a tad more relief in the neck. Hope that will fix it! I'll report back. I plan on taking it in for a full setup anyway. Might have them dress the frets too...
