I started wanting a guitar at 6 years old. Got my first one at 12. I play by ear but sometimes my hands do the work. Sometimes it sounds better when it was in my ear.
Seriously I played alone and with other musicians for several years. Then a long period of not playing due to my BC Rich Platinum Warlock guitar and Hamer Scarab 5 string bass getting stolen. The anger and depression put me in a hole for longer than I want to say.
Now I am rebuilding my collection with 2 Galveston 7 string guitars a crappy looking but playable SG double neck 6/12 copy, a highly modded Samick black Strat, an under construction modded Black Epiphone SG with 4 mini single size humbuckers all wired as separate singles with phase and series parallel wiring planned.
And 8 BC Rich Warlock Projects, a Slayer Flying V and an Orange Luminescent Les Paul copy. Both are projects as well.
Also a Hamer Scarab bodied 5 string bass with 24 fret neck in the works as my first hand build instrument.
