OK... figured out my moniker for summer gigs ... Amazing Nippertown Jukebox... art work will be Nipper singing into a mic, and coming out of the Victrola will be flames instead of music. Once that's painted on the case, it'll be done! Nippertown is what the hipsters call my home town...

The cyst comes from use. The muscle squeezes the nerve and nerve produces fluid. The fluid has to go somewhere and ends up in the ganglion. They can be aspirated but most just disappear on their own.

Or you can get hipshots and do no holes. That said, I've installed them without using a jig. Just line them up the best you can, get a drill, and drill the hole. I mark it first with a nail punch so it doesn't skitter. Put on some tape on the bit so you don't go too deep. It's not hard.
