Can a spring loaded trem stabilizer provide enough counterforce to keep it in tune in D, but allow for a pull up?

Looks like Gibson Scale conversion is Modern Construction, so you’ll get a heel truss rod nut and then the side-adjust as well.

Any pics? I’ve got a 1-11/16” fatback that is surprisingly comfortable for me. The only 1-3/4” I have is Wizard thin, and not my thing (I need to sell it) but I feel like if it was a lot fatter I’d like it too. I have an odd desire just to hold a Superwide Fatback to see how big it is.
