Dye is only a finish Warmoth does on figured maple. It’s just the way it is. Maple takes dye in a unique way that highlights grain. I’m not sure that swamp ash would take dye in a manner that looks the way we would expect. Instead of Jungle Burst, look at Dragon Burst. They both have yellow...

Actually I was thinking the same thing for turquoise dye as well. Here are some older Turquoise dyed bodies I saved before the old system went down. Although the Turquoise looks a lot closer than the Purple.
