Please show me your vintage white guitars

Im planning a new Warmoth build 1humbucker rear route stratocaster. Over a decade has gone by since my last build. My favourite arctic white colour not available anymore. Id very much like to see how Warmoths vintage white looks on actual builds. Every picture will be appreciated.

    Boatneck vs 59 roundback

Thank you all for good replies! Im starting to lean towards the 59 roundback at this point. One of the differences between boatneck and 59 is that the latter tapers towards the headstock. Boatneck and Fatback stay 1inch thick all the way. Ive read alot on forums that the 59 actually feels like...

    Boatneck vs 59 roundback

Hello! Im ordering a new neck for a HSS Floyd Rose strat that I got from Warmoth 6 years ago. Best guitar I ever got I might say! My current neck is a modern build maple/maple Fatback with 1-3/4 nut width. Problem is this: current neck is way too big and I have difficulty playing while...

Will R3 nut fit a Warmoth neck routed for R5 (1-3/4)

Took a closer look and R3 is 12 radius älright so I stand corrected. This makes R3 ruled out for my neck so I better go for the R4 now. Troll? Ill let you figure out the 88 at the end of my name by yourself. Ill give you a hint tho, its got something to do with the year of my birth ...

Will R3 nut fit a Warmoth neck routed for R5 (1-3/4)

I have seen that chart. It does not show the mounting screw spacing. All original Floyd Rose nuts and bridges are 10 radius. This diagram also shows that R3 and R5 are both 10 radius. If R3 fits my R5 routed 45mm wide neck then I wont need to get a new neck  :icon_thumright:

Will R3 nut fit a Warmoth neck routed for R5 (1-3/4)

I emailed them already and awaiting for response. I was hoping someone here could also help me. Unofficial Warmoth is a great forum and Ive solved lots of guitar problems by reading posts here.

Will R3 nut fit a Warmoth neck routed for R5 (1-3/4)

I like the wide neck. Its also a fat back. What I mean by the nut being too wide is the string spacing is too wide. I want to try a narrower string spacing. R4 or R3, aslong as its narrower than R5. I cant find any information on any technical drawing or any forums on the mounting screw...

Will R3 nut fit a Warmoth neck routed for R5 (1-3/4)

Its an original Floyd Rose that I ordered from Warmoth. Came with the nut and everything. There is a Schaller technical drawing on Schaller website that says R5 has a 15.2mm mounting screw spacing. The R3 in the same drawing is 14.2mm. This would make it unfit for my neck. Does anyone have any...

Will R3 nut fit a Warmoth neck routed for R5 (1-3/4)

I have a Warmoth 1-3/4 neck that has a Floyd Rose R5 nut. I find it a bit too wide for me so I want to replace it with an R3. Is there a difference in mounting hole widths between R5 and R3 nuts? Are they interchangable?

    R5 Nut question

R5 is the correct nut for 1 3/4 nut width. However I wish to have a wide neck, not wider string spacing. Warmoth neck builder allows for R5 nut only with the 1 3/4 width. So would this R5 neck prep w/mounting holes work with R4 nuts, as this is the nutsize I prefer myself. Are there major...

    R5 Nut question

Will a 1 3/4(45mm) nut width Warmoth Pro neck with a locking nut prep work with a R4 nut instead of the R5?

Maple vs Alder on a strat body: Advice needed :)

I have decided to go with maple. If I'll be terribly disappointed I will get an alder body later. Does anyone know will EMG 81/SA/SA work well with a maple body??

Maple vs Alder on a strat body: Advice needed :)

Very soon I'am ordering a Stratocaster from Warmoth. However I can't choose between a solid maple or alder body. It is worth noting that the guitar will have a Fatback (U profile) neck and a 45mm(1-3/4") nutwidth on a CBS headstock. The neck/fretboard will be both of flame maple. Also worth...
