    Most of the time, I’m on iPadOS + safari or Android + Chrome. Just cleaned up browser cache but will report back if the issue happens again.

    my order status changed to "captured"

    Mine goes from pending to on hold and then processing. Wondering if these statuses are just free form text typed in manually.
