I ordered a custom unfinished roasted maple Strat neck on June 18th and received a shipping notice on Wednesday 7/28.  Turnaround time of 5.5 weeks.  Pretty much right in their posted time frame...Thought it might be helpful to those wondering here.

Thanks ChronoTrigger77 for the clarification and video link!  I was a bit worried, but this has eased my concern :)

After re-registering with the new site, none of my previous orders as well as a new custom neck order I placed on 6/18 show up in my account.  Have additional orders to place, but hesitant to do so until my other current order display correctly in my account.  I sure hope my neck order placed on...
