I ended up having to use a 1degree shim. I am using a traditional Jazzmaster/Mustang bridge. Without the shim and the bridge decked, I had ridiculously high action at the last fret.

Same, 10-16 radius. I have an idea what my problem is and would prefer not to shim if I do not need to. Thanks again.

Thanks for your reply. No, the body was finished by Warmoth and the pocket is clean. The Warmoth neck I finished with tung oil.

Have you put on your neck yet? Just wondering if you are having any issues with the neck angle and if you need to shim. I think I do.

I managed to enlarge/move the pickup routs with a template, test fitted the 920D loaded pickguard and have copper foil taped the recesses. Going well now.
