Been talking to a couple of buddies about this and they too would like this option (although who knows if they'd put their $$$ where their mouth is?).
So out of curiosity... how much does R&D run for this sort of thing? How many body orders do you need to make it worthwhile for you?

I like to have a floating trem, set parallel with the body. Like you do with a recessed floyd. I know you can float a 510 with a normal rout but I like to have the tremolo set parallel with the body and don't like it leaning too far forward.

Very happy with it.
The ebony fretboard with stainless frets is very smooth. The action is also quite low, with no buzz... I think the compound radius helps.
Love the Kahler too.
