I just pulled these parts for you.  Everyone looked at that combo and agreed that this is going to be a first-class build.  Congratulations!  Don't forget to post pix when you get her put together!

You need to hold the nut with a nut driver to remove the screw and get the saddle out.  Some people flip the bass saddles around backward to help with intonation.

D, I went with the straight 12" to match the Tune-o bridge.  I have a compound radius neck on my Tele.  My Strat is a straight 9.5".

Thanks.  The only non-Warmoth part on there is the tip of the toggle switch.  It is a chrome metal one, made by Schaller.  $4 on Ebay.

No, the "NFG" stuff has its headstock cut off.  We use them as pencil holders on our desks.... and, mind you, there are not many that get scrapped.
