CB: ever tried your guitar with those pickups in a swimming pool?

Proceeding in thinking out loud: why not inserting a stereo jack and taping the battery to the strap of your guitar and modifying your guitar cable... ..I will now stop thinking :-\

Wow! Would love to hear if this thing works! In theory anything is possible with electronics, but in practice; i'm wondering if phase reversals would work, and how to program/flash the eprom.. Keep us informed if you could :icon_smile:

Mmmm I think that open grain structure with some lightning fast playing will at least give you blisters on your hands. I got that once from working with an axe (yah one with a blade on it :glasses9:) for 15 minutes or less  :-\

Wow I checked the Warmoth site and I just love the looks! Can anyone comment on the influence on the sound of a Strat.. maple vs. wenge?

That's exactly what I thought when I saw this :) I was planning on ordering a cherry burst hollow Strat but now I'm not so sure anymore. Have you called or emailed Warmoth to verify the absence of the hollow option for this?

Well thanks! I don't think I sling my axe other than usual, I'm not standing upside down but I have it hung pretty high; I unfortunately do not have supersized hands so I like strapping my guitar on pretty high so it doesn't feel to different from playing seated on the side of my bed ;)...
