That is accurate. FWIW,  I haven't signed for anything from UPS that wasn't COD for like 15 or 20 years.  Their policy is "driver release." Interesting,  the last package I received from them was left alongside the driveway about 50 yds from my rural house.

Here I was just wondering around about this in another thread - so,  essentially,  I could either use OFR studs instead of gotoh.  Or,  drill the holes out that little bit for the OFR studs?

How tight are these supposed to be actually.  The one I'm looking at here is gotoh studs.  And,  the hole is not as big as the solid portion of the stud.  The tip is flanged - but it actually hangs up before getting to the edges of the flange.  So,  putting it into the hole WILL forcibly result...

I actually have the crate palomino V16 - I would personally recommend it over the V8 - simply because it has separate gain and volume control.  The V8 is simply set up so that, the more you turn up the volume, the more gain it has.  I prefer the control to go for a loud clean or quiet distorted...
