my latest build is a pewter jazz with maple neck, ebony board and mop block inlays. the neck is absolutely beautiful. to me, mop and ebony is super classy.

these are not for everyone. a masterpiece of engineering and design and THE single most important electric guitar ever made, an old school tele is THE most demanding electric guitar to play regarding playing technique. hehehe
i'm not opposed to a lester with a floyd, but when i reach for one of my lp's, i do so because it is what it is; a hard tail with a massive sound and no trem to think about. if i want to wank the whammy, i'll grab one of my strats with the modern fender 2 point trem, or one of my usa jacksons...
i have a Jackson PC-1 which is a mahogany body dinky with a maple neck and flamed maple fretboard. this is the only wood combo available for this geetar. this is the king daddy of Jacksons. yours will no doubt sound great.
