Blue Wash Flamed Maple Z Body

Simple and unique. I love the lower horn - good job on that.

Black Strat with a figured twist

Add another vote for the spalt laminate on the headstock. I was thinking that as I read down through the posts.

    7 String guitars do sell...

I'm just guessing, but typically, the answer to a business decision is to "follow the money". Warmoth's options for 7 string may largely driven by the economics. Remember, Warmoth does not exist to produce guitars for you, they exist to make a profit. They do that by selling guitars (not...

You hurry up and get that thing entered in the GOM contest ASAP. I need you to get your win out of the way for when I finish my Tele!

Poplar and Proud (or putting the POP in poplar)

So, 1/4" shy on width...1/8" per side. For a one-off, custom body...that would work. Now, if size was really an issue, and you were to do the pseudo book-match, which color would you put in the center, the green I presume? Plunger is away!

I was thinking the same thing - it isn't that that neck will look good with blue - that neck will make anything look awesome! Great pick up!

    The Hentor Sportscaster (build complete!)

At first glance, that guitar appears to be any other strat off the shelf. It doesn't take long, though, to start noticing all the interesting and unique features...and then notice even more of them! Wow - just...wow. You did such a great job - simple, yet stunning. Very stunning.

Pau Ferro / Pau Ferro - mahogany super strat.

Man, the neck itself is a piece of art. I hope it still stands out when it's mated up with that gorgeous body - this one is going to be very exciting to watch come together. Keep sharing the progress!

    First build - Mooncaster

Man, I try to like new folks coming in and doing new builds...but I hate this one and I hate you!!!  I've been trying to ignore the Mooncasters (they keep taunting me), and now you have me drooling like a dog! I love a nice quilt, I hope yours turns out to be unique - it sounds like you're...

First Warmoth build, first post to forum

You're wise to pace yourself and take your time. I'm about half way done with my tele, so I can tell you it is a lot of tedious work which is very rewarding when done well...the do-overs, not so much. Post up the other project you're working on too!
