Differences in fret spacing on the first 3 frets for 24" and 24.75" scale lengths:
24" (1st) 1.347, (2nd) 2.618, (3rd) 3.818 from the nut
24.75" (1st) 1.389, (2nd) 2.700, (3rd) 3.938 from the nut

Those tuner bushings that are dropping all the way in are straight bushings verses tapered bushings. In the comparison picture you can see the taper of the bushing on the left. Lovin' the black cherry metallic!
So would I. You can make a sub-short scale bass with almost any Warmoth guitar body. The baritone conversion neck has a 28.625" scale length, just like a Squire Mini-P bass. Labella winds flats for that bass.
