Agreed strats and superstrats need a pickguard to look right. Feels like a shame at first to cover some of the flame maple with a pickguard but the end result is undeniably beautiful! Looks balanced and refined. I bet a parchment pickguard would look great too. Did you choose the ‘generic’...
