The obvious solution is to own enough guitars that when your strings start to go on one, you just move to the next. Then you don't have to change strings that often, but when you do you need to set aside a paycheck and a weekend to do it....  :laughing7:

I saw the thread title, then the pics, and I expected the statement to be something along the lines of "so that I could pay people to not make things like this."

I've seen similar switches where instead of one big ground lug there're two like that. Just tied 'em together and wired it to ground. I can't see the details of the switch clearly enough to be certain that's what's going on here, but if there's no other ground lug, I'd wager that's what you've got.
