Sorry for the crappy editing but I think you should run it like that otherwise you would not connect any pickup to hot in the 4th position and have no sound. Maybe you could replace the pink wire by a small resistor to tune your low pass filter.

Don't go straight to the pickup builder. Go to the pickups page on BK website, browse various pickups and listen to the sound clips. With that you'll be able to find which variation appeal you the most.
