:headbang: About 4 years ago I ordered a maple neck fitted with an R2 nut fitting. I was wondering how to finish it since I was all into EVH, I wanted to feel the wood, not shelack. Does anyone have this option? If so, how are they holding up? Do they sound different than nickle?
