No, this is where you checking the neck for any defects or such so Warmoth accepts the return and pays return shipping.

Before doing any thing to the neck, how do you check the truss rod to see if it will work fine once you've put everything together?   

Be great if they had these in stock necks with 14mm tuner reams along with 17.5 reams instead of making it special order.
