    Warmoth Scrapyard

Latest gift carve was for a student at Roberto Venn. Wasn’t very proud of it, just free hand sketched the body / neck shape. Got six strings on it though!

Holy cats! Not one, not two, but TEN new pickguard colors!

Also, go with that PeptoMint! 😍👍

Starting First Warmoth Build - Baritone Soloist

I like the FB and single fin! Body & Neck compliment each other well. Very nice build! Oh, the tuner knobs look great too!

    7/8th Esquire

I like that angled tog switch and the neck is incredible! Very cool. Look forward to seeing it assembled. 👍👏

Codes on the end of the neck heel

The darker woods get punch stamped internal numbers because it’s hard to identify the handwriting on those. Also, speeds up production by handwriting numbers. Less wear and tear on the body hammering those numbers on each neck.

    Neck decoding help

Yes, 6105 nickel fret wire. WT is white tusq nut material. The green handwriting is nut width. 1.706, little over spec 1-11/16”. Judging by the ink stamps, looks like an older neck. As for the neck back, could be a standard thin, fat or boat. The rest of our back shapes get a branded punch stamp...

Big news regarding Warmoth Soloist bodies...

The HSH rout was opened up at the humbuckers to accommodate for angle hums at the bridge That is a beautiful quote.

Today: The Totally Tubular Tele Twang Test

That’s a good sound! What I hear is the vintage maple offers a bright and slappy tone. Whereas the SS modern RW construct is a little more gritty. Very subtle and probably not noticeable to most but that’s my take on it. Cool video!

New video: Luminlay side dots now a standard option!

Yes, with scallop necks and the bigger side dots we run the risk of milling into the side dot.

I can see the images on my phone. Great looking build! Looks more like a bass with the input jack right there. 👍😎

    Dreaming of Builds

It’s the weekend, time for another design rattling around in my head. I call this the Full Moon. Don’t think there is a need to censor the head. Also, using background removal / screen shots and splicing the builds together from the builder. 😉 It’s a little frustrating that the fingerboard...

Torn on what to build next

I like your Tele idea. I’m sure the walnut would deliver a great tone with the rosewood neck.
